**Shipping Policy - Brush and Beads**

**1. Processing Time**
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday.

**2. Shipping Time**
- **Major Cities**: 2-3 business days
- **Other Cities**: 3-5 business days
- **Remote Areas**: 5-7 business days

We ship via TCS, Leopards, and other reliable couriers in Pakistan.

**3. Shipping Charges**
- Standard Delivery: Rs. 200 nationwide
- Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 3000

**4. Order Tracking**
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS.

**5. Address**
Please provide complete and correct address with active phone number. Brush and Beads is not responsible for delays due to wrong address.

**6. Damaged/Lost Items**
If your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video. We will
